Caroline Gomez is a designer, art director, photographer and the author of „Destination“, a book series about travel & lifestyle. Caroline began self-publishing her first collections in 2005 right after receiving her Master’s degree. In her studio in Bordeaux (southwestern France), she designs and manufactures a range of beautiful and simple furniture and objects for the home. The use of natural materials only is very important to Caroline and so her collections are handmade of ceramic, wood, leather, paper, linen and more. Whenever needed, Caroline is working together with various craftsmen, like carpenters, woodcarvers, ceramists, tailors or even glassblowers to make her ideas come to life.

Designs are exclusively available in the online store of Studio Caroline Gomez that she opened in 2010.

Ha, I was interested in that plate as well! 😉 And I’m thinking about getting the wooden boards of the very first pictures, they look beautiful and so organic.
