Traditional Tiles – Apartment in Barcelona

Beautiful traditional tiles in Barcelona located apartment

I think this is already the third Barcelona located project I featured on the blog – perhaps I should move there? In Barcelona it is quite typical to find these incredible beautiful tiles in old flats from the end of the nineteenth century and beginning of the twentieth. So what I love about this apartment here is pretty obvious: The traditional tiles. What do you think, are you also dreaming about living in such a gorgeous place somewhere in the south?

Homey and modern describes it pretty well! It’s also something I strive for in my own apartment. Thank you for this comment Emily!

Oh my gosh, those tiles are gorgeous. And the light! I should definitely move to Barcelona. My best friend, who lives there, would agree! 😉

I know!! I’m from Oregon, USA. My best friend and I went to college together, and she works in wine and food tourism in Barcelona. I’m hoping to bring my family to Europe next summer to visit her!

Your friend does not only live in such a great city, she’s also working in the wine and food industry. Well, this sounds even better! 😀 I hope you can visit her soon together with your family. Have a lovely week Catherine!

Yes, although the tiles are so old and a very traditional element, the apartment looks actually pretty modern and I could totally imagine living there.
