Jazmin Berakha has a really interesting job title – she is a needlepoint artist! Sounded interesting to me, so I read a little more about her. The work of Jazmin Berakha explores the possibilities of textiles in contemporary art. Her investigation and research into textiles, prints and patterns, are an endless source of inspiration. Jazmin meditative sewing process embraces aspects of domesticity with a consciousness of place and time. Currently Jazmin Berakha lives and work in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Her needlepoint works can be found on her website.

WOW, this is absolutely incredible. I just recently did a DIY needlepoint project, and let’s just say… it was nothing like this 😉

I can imagine 😉 I don’t even want to know how it would like if I would try it! One must be so patient to do this. But it’s really gorgeous!
