Last week I introduced you the independent design house Yield. I showed you a couple of their products already, but I left out my favorite: Their metallic planters! What I like so much about those is that they do not only look good, they are also very practical. Most of the times when I see a beautiful planter I am disappointed quickly because they aren’t really functional. The Aluminum Planter of Yield on the other hand contains a reservoir at the base divided from the main body by a piece of perforated aluminum. This reservoir keeps standing water separate from remaining in contact with the plant base, preventing root rot.
